Graduate Horizons is RLRH’s flagship graduate access programme, connecting learners with 500+ master’s degree scholarships at 25+ universities around the globe.
After receiving over 2,000 applications and admitting a cohort of 750+ learners, the current programme is in full swing. Learners began with workshops and writing sessions to prepare application documents and develop strategic action plans for their university journeys. They are now putting those plans into motion: submitting applications, sitting exams, and navigating the complexities of graduate admissions with ongoing support from Student Support Officers.
The progress so far speaks to the strength of the learners. Over 400 university applications have been submitted, with 200+ learners having submitted at least one application and 50+ offers already secured. Learners have received offers from universities across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, including the University of Oxford, Makerere University, the University of Global Health Equity in Kigali, the American University of Beirut, and Arizona State University, among others.
The team continues to run workshops and writing clinics focused on interview preparation, applying to African universities, and a Success Stories series where Graduate Horizons alumni share their experiences and achievements.
