The second cohort of the RLRH Graduate Traineeship has launched this week, with eighteen new trainees joining the programme across Nairobi, Kampala, and Kakuma.
The cohort has taken part in a week of orientation activities at each of the three hubs. Trainees were welcomed into the programme through introductions to the wider RLRH team, sessions not he structure of the six-month traineeship, and opportunities to connect with their peers and facilitators in person.
This second iteration of the traineeship marks the programme’s expansion beyond Nairobi, with new facilitators now win place at the Kakuma and Kampala hubs. Building on the model established by the first cohort, trainees will spend the coming months developing core research and professional skills before moving into specialisation tracks in either research or project coordination.
