Delphine Boagey

Delphine is the Oxford Community Hub Programme Officer with the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH), based at the Oxford Department of International Development. In this role, she leads community-based initiatives that strengthen collaboration between refugee-led projects, local organisations and academic institutions. She is passionate about building partnerships and advocacy efforts that centre refugee leadership in research and practice to drive transformative change in communities.

Delphine holds a master’s in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s in Music from the University of Bristol. She previously led communications at the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS), where she supported over 16 research projects, including the Global Exchange on Migration and Diversity and the Migration Observatory. She has worked with the British Red Cross and several London-based NGOs focused on refugee services and community integration, and has experience of coordinating community-led advocacy and public-facing research dissemination platforms, including as Producer of The Migration Oxford Podcast. Delphine’s academic work, informed by ethnomusicology and postcolonial migration studies, has explored themes of transnationalism, sensorial anthropology, and arts-based diaspora community projects across the UK and EU.
