Elizabeth Wachira

Elizabeth Wachira is the Academic Partnerships & Outreach Manager at the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH). She strengthens partnerships with universities and other higher education stakeholders to expand access to postgraduate opportunities for displacement-affected learners. She also supports student outreach, recruitment campaigns, and contributes to initiatives that improve access to master’s and PhD programmes.

Her academic and professional interests focus on expanding access to higher education, strengthening refugee leadership, and building collaborative partnerships that create lasting opportunities for displaced communities.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring nature, discovering new cafés, and expressing her creativity through various forms of art.
