Eva Hennell

Eva is the Recruitment Coordinator at the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH), coordinating recruitment across Oxford, Nairobi, and Southeast Asia while continuously refining onboarding and hiring processes. She holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and an MA in Philosophy with Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh. Her research examines the political ambivalences of grassroots inititatives, exploring how artistic – and particularly theatre-based – interventions reshape spaces supporting people on the move. Outside RLRH, Eva acts as Head of Programmes at SolidaritTee, and brings extensive experience from refugee support roles across the UK, Jordan, and Australia.
