Joshua Low

Joshua Low is RLRH’s Southeast Asia Programme Manager, who oversees and supports a two-year pilot initiative to show the value and viability of refugee-led research in Malaysia and the region. Joshua is also a Rhodes Scholar from Kuala Lumpur, who completed the MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford. He also served as RLRH’s Interim Director of Academic Programmes from late 2024 to early 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys sharing meals with friends, nurturing long-distance friendships, running in parks, reading narrative non-fiction writing, and wandering in small towns and rainforests.
