This report summarises the findings and lessons of the in-house evaluation of the Nairobi pilot cohort of the RLRH Graduate Traineeship, in order to improve our activities for subsequent cohorts launched in May 2026 in Nairobi, Kakuma, and Kampala. All seven trainees responded to a quantitative survey and participated in a focus group discussion. The evaluator also conducted a focus group discussion with RLRH colleagues directly involved in the Traineeship.
